The Nigerian International Poultry Livestock Expo which prides itself as the largest poultry and livestock expo in West Africa for the year 2019, organized by the Cooman Events Management Service (CEMS) in conjunction with Universal Trade Exhibitions (UTEX) India is set to hold today at the University of Ibadan.
The expo which began in 2017 has its theme for this year as “Innovation for Sustainable and Resilient Livestock MSMEs Development In Nigeria” and will hold at the International Conference Center, University of Ibadan spanning a period of 3 days from 3rd of April – 5th of April, 2019.
The expo for this year will spot talks from speakers which include Prof. Olufemi Onifade from the Department of Veterinary Medicine, Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Dr. Stephen Adejoro, the founder of Livestock Industry Foundation for Africa (LIFA), Dr. Godwin Oyedele Oyedeji, the registrar of the Nigerian Institute of Animal Science (NIAS) and Prof. O.A. Adebambo, the first graduate of Animal Breeding and Genetics from the University of Ibadan and the first female professor of Animal Breeding and Genetics.
