Another batch of livestock and crop farmers, agro processors and other entrepreneurs have successfully completed the in-class training required as one of the prerequisites to accessing the Agri-Business/Small and Medium Enterprises Investment Scheme (AGSMEIS) Loan facilitated by the Central Bank of Nigeria.
The 5-day in-class training which held at the Entrepreneurship Development Centre, Opposite Christ College, Samonda, Ibadan, began on Monday 1st of April, 2019 and was attended by participants from all southwest states.
Participants at the training attested to the comprehensive module used in delivering the training as well as the well-experienced and professional course facilitators at the centre. During the training, participants were taken through business plan development, mentoring, cooperative formation etc.
The just completed training was organized by the Omotoso-led “Fund for Agribusiness” in collaboration with Africa Leadership Foundation (ALF). Some of the key facilitators at the training include Mr. Adetoro, the Ibadan ALF Centre Head and Pastor Funso Popoola, ALF National Training Manager.
The next edition of the training is slated to take place in Ikeja, Lagos State on the 8th of April, 2019.
